Seasickness is not limited to inexperienced seafarers. The most experienced sailors and anglers can suffer from nausea on quite calm days. If you suspect seasickness may occur it is advisable that you take medication at least one hour before departing and that you keep up your supply of fluids (not alcohol). Sensible precautions such as an early night prior to departure will lesson the possibility of you feeling unsettled during your fishing adventure. For further information and advice see your doctor or chemist.
